Hide other tenants configuration data in Interactive Insights

Hi there,

We recently upgraded to Infomart 8.1.4. The vendor must have messed something up because since then I can see in the Infomart the configuration data for all the tenants they manage (this is a hosted solution). This is a user issue as the business now have to find what they are looking for while generating a report, among a very long list of objects.
The vendor is not doing anything to correct this (obviously, we don’t want to run an UPDATE statement on the Informart to remove everything that is not related to my tenant - we kinda like being supported by Genesys).

Is there a way to hide the other tenants information, either in Infomart or maybe in the BO environment. This must be a common step for deployment but I couldn’t find any answer in the guides.

It depends of what level of access you have as this is a hosted solution. I’m shocked that the vendor won’t do anything to fix this on a shared reporting platform.. (this is a leak of customer information, no?)

You could create SQL view and have a DAP / Schema per tenant. (You’ll also need a universe for each tenant)
Or, you can have multi tenancy in SAP BO based on tenant condition. (where tenant_dbid=x)
