I am a newbie to Genesys and need to know how to interpret t-server logs …

Can I ask you why you need that info? Especially if you are a newbie, I would concentrate on being able to understand the callflow rather than on the debug log written by the ISCC, which is not being disclosed, as far as I know.
I guess it’s very hard you can find anybody able to answer your question..all I can tell you is that 41096 is the ThisDN attribute of the EventHeld that you can see further down your TServer log.

I apologize - sometimes, I can’t resist a comment - esp. on a subject such as this.

I would hope that, as a Genesys newbie, you would not feel comfortable with diving straight in to TServer Log files and that you might try to understand the components in the platform. However, if you really do want to go for the detail in your log, you would probably need to tell us;

What Switch Type/Network is the TServer connecting to?
What version is the TServer?
In relation to the series of letters you refer to - did you add them into the extract or were they in the log file to start with…?

  • To me, it looks like a series of references to Resources on a Switch (ID.ID@ID,ID), with specific values and then a collection of Commands. What they are, exactly and where they are going is anyone’s guess, since the extract is just way too small to trace anything in them.

In relation to the other items/questions:

DN = Directory Number
DST could be Daylight Saving Time
INT = Integer
