I need some help.
Everytime the IXNServer do a switchover or even I restart it, it gets old interactions and queue it again, so I have to clear all of them manually through the WDE.
Is there anyway to solve this to keep only in the queues the interactions that already is on it moments before the restart/switchover?

IXN DB only hold “live” interactions… Maybe your strategy is not properly ending then leaving in a status that later is lost after your reset. I can only think that your are not doing a terminate action.
Check what interactions happened with this behavior and follow them through your URS logs. Then see where they got stuck.
