Help required !! Block manual calls in SJPhone ( Linux )

Hi All,
We r using SJPhone for dilaing in Linux systems. Can we block manual calls through sjphone so we can call only through Genesys Agent Desktop… Help required !! >

Yup I need to do so Coz… the callers r using those for calls and not dialing in dialer & disposing them… Hope u can get it & help me out !! :-\
