I am having some difficulties with determing if agent is in logged out or notreadyfornextcall state. I am using strategy builder 5.1.5 with 5.1.5 ir.

I have used SData.
Like: [agent1@Statserver.A’,‘StatAgentsTotal’] < 1.000000]
If the agent isn’t logged on then it returns TRUE.

How is it different from NotReady?
