GVP with URS

Hey guys,
I have been playing with GVP as standalone IVR and have forgot how to integrate exactly with URS…I remember that I should route to a Virtual Routing Point but don’t remember on which switch…SwitchIVR or SwitchA4400(my Alcatel OXE) ? Anything else to configure? I’d appreciate any input and maybe which guide I should read for this…I read deployment and reference guide and couldn’t find many info for this…

Hi Cavagnaro,

if you mean it’s a GVP in-front, well, I never heard about using VRPs ??? ..for the behind mode, you had to configure them under the premise switch and under a section of the IVR Server..check the IVR Server System Administrator guide

My GVP is behind my OXE, already configured the IVRServer and IVRTserver. Will read that guide
