Genesys itself doesn’t provide native support for Voice Biometrics however you use Nuance with MCP to do this. We acquired a quote for a clinet for this recently; they license it based on number of users to remember via their voice print for a given “password phrase” - such as “my voice is my password”. Not cheap though!
As Clemouk said, there is no native support (at this moment) for “voice-password”. As the main vendor is Nuance for these purposes, but you can of course contact any other company or developers (I have some experience with Nuance VoicePassword solution and local providers)
