GVP processes max log size

Hi guys!

I am trying to increase the log file size for GVP 7.6 processes above 257KB as described on the Genesys support forum (below you can find link) but the changes have no effect.

In EMPS I see the new attribute ( MaxLogSize ) but the log file is still 257KB.

Please help me with this as I want to increase the logging level to debug.

Have you restarted it?

Yes, after I added the new attribute. I restarted the process and no difference. After that I restarted watchdog and the same.

what value does the paramter “localconfig” in your gvp.ini have?

when I try to do changes through EMPS the localconfig is set to 0
