incoming calls coming to Avaya PABX then to GVP sometimes drop suddenly, after checking finds some strange events, such as request release from IServer, captured from GVP log.
any idea?

get the PABX’s guys to do a list trace trunk or vdn and work out whats going on… if it is frequent…
ian, yet it seems that the drop call is initiated by sth else:
GCEV_DISCONNECTED received in GVP
Then a RequestReleaseCall message is sent from IServer to TServer
Finally a EventReleased event is received from TServer
