Hi,
I’m trying to play a Studio (GVP 7.6) IVR application with GVP 8.5.
The studio App was coded for a Java application server (JBoss), so the Script Type is VoiceXML-jsp.
I’ve made a Hello World app with a prompt only, but it wont play. I noticed that in the Application Migration Guide it talks about vxml files, but I only get jsp files.
Should I generate the code differently? or may I be missing something?

Application from release 7.6 is not possible to use from GVP release 8.1.5+. The reason is, that the Legacy mode is not supported from this version.
Hi, kubig, thank you for your response, is there any document from Genesys where they state this? I couldn´t find it anywhere… Is there any workaround? Until what version was Legacy mode supported?

It is mentioned in deployment guide for GVP 8.1 for example:
The PSTN Connector and Legacy GVP VoiceXML interpreter (GVPi) are not included in the 8.1.5 release, but they are still supported and can be deployed in 8.1.5 environments. However, at least one instance of the 8.1.4 Media Control Platform is required to provide capability-based routing of PSTN Connector and GVPi requests for media services. In other words, the 8.1.4 Media Control Platform can interoperate with all GVP 8.1.5 components, but the 8.1.4 PSTN Connector and GVPi can not.
Release Notes also mention it. It is like highlighted on many documents
