Going thru docs and little confused.
Do I need to have a database for EMPS?
I thought you only need a database if you are plan to use reporting or EventC or netmon…

No, you can use one, but it is not mandatory.

By reading, looks like EMPS is storing infomation via LDAP.

On the EMPS settings, EMPS Operating mode, it could be “Standalone” or “No framework”.
What’s the different between the two?
