GSW_AGENT_REQ_TYPE value list

Hi guys;

Anybody have GSW_AGENT_REQ_TYPE value list. Or where can if find the list on internet or Genesys site.

Hi persmen,

I assume you are looking for the values which are stored in the gsw_request_log table for the following agent requests:
• PreviewDialingModeStart
• PreviewDialingModeOver
• PreviewRecord
• UpdateCallCompletionStats
• RecordProcessed
• RecordReject
• RequestRecordCancel
• RecordReschedule
• ScheduledRecordReschedule
• DoNotCall
• ChainedRecord
• AddRecord

The only one I know for sure is DoNotCall = 15. I think RecordProcessed =10, but you better check that.
My best advise is to play with GAD and see what appears in the gsw_request_log table.

If you find some values, please share them :slight_smile:

ok..
i check the table that named gsw_request_log, but i cant find in our Configuration DB.
But i’m reeading outbound reference guide and find some preview related dsw_* messages and add to my code. At the finish of the code i can write all gsw_* message under this title.
