A customer would like to implement Siebel CRM load balancing within its existing Genesys Contact Center and is therefore wondering if the Gplus Siebel adapter could work in the same configuration (load balancing).
There is currently one Genesys Gplus Siebel adapter installed on the existing Siebel server. The customer will add another Siebel server.
Any help would be appreciated,
