We are going to install GPlus SAP CRM - ICI MUltichannel 7.5

Customer wants confiration that Email print function will be available. I have found only Deplyment Guide but no User’s Guide. Can anyone help me who has already seen Gplys installed?

let me know when you will have some new informations about this. We are using GPLUS, but because I am little bit new to this business, I am still trying to get more in contact with Genesys. What is this Gplus for? Is it a kind of interface which is uses to connect between any other systems? Are you work with Genesys in cz?

GPlus are Genesys modules ready to deploy for SAP, Siebel, Microsft, etc. Easy to deploy with ready to go features.
