GIS 7.6 Deployment Documentation...

Hi people!

I have been searching the Genesys Support Website for a Deployment Guide for GIS v7.6. I can find earlier versions (v7.1) but there does not appear to be anything after that.

From what I understand, GIS became “Developer” tools but I have a v7.6 upgrade and I can’t find a Deployment Guide which outlines things like the required JAVA, Apache Axis and Tomcat versions for the 7.6 Release.

Can anyone offer any guidance please?

Check Genesys Developer Documentation G177 (not G500) or look into Interaction SDK documents (Knowledge base/Browse Documents/product documents by release/Interaction SDK)

The notes in the GIS 7.6 deployment guide are fairly generic - but I guess that “normal”… :slight_smile:
