I am developing a multimedia screen recording app using a Visual Studio 2103 C# project. By monitoring events on the Interaction server, I can get the agentid when the agent accepts a call, but how can I determine the host name of the workstation the agent is logged into.
By Genesys, can’t, there is no such information.
By C# use the classic methods by Windows API
