Trying to understand why genesyscloud_telephony_providers_edge_trunk throws HTTP 409 during terraform apply on US East. Terraform v1.7.4, Provider v1.92.0. The error states “Resource already exists” but the external_id is unique and not present in the UI or API. Is there a hidden cache or state drift issue?
