Genesyscloud_routing_queue BYOC 403 on edge_sync

Does anyone know why routing_queue fails with 403 Forbidden on AU-1 BYOC? Provider v1.22.0. CLI shows edge_sync_pending state.

  1. Define genesyscloud_routing_queue with edge_sync enabled.
  2. Run terraform apply.
  3. API returns 403 on POST /api/v2/routing/queues.

UI creation works. Logs show permission denied for edge replication. Need correct HCL attribute for BYOC edge sync.
