Just noticed that applying a flow with a new bot node triggers a 409 Conflict on the /api/v2/architect/flows endpoint. The HCL block is valid and the bot exists in the tenant, but the API rejects the link. Is there a specific sequence required for adding bot nodes in Terraform v1.6.2?
