Has anyone ever completed a CTI installation using GENESYS TSERVER with a TELCO CENTRAL OFFICE CENTREX SERVICES? I’m starting my research as to whether this is a feasable combination

There would be no problems doing this. There are a large number of CO’s out there with this. Are you planning to use and x.25 connection?

Yes Im planning to use Bells COMPUCALL (X.25 data link)and not the more recent ICM ETHERNET connection. I dont know of any Bell customers that have implemented the new ICM with GENESYS. Im not willing to risk it with ICM, ads of yet not proven itself in a production environment other than with NORTEL`s SYMPOSIUM.
