Genesys WDE integration with Salesforce

dear all,

can anyone help to say, if it is possible to integrate WDE with salesforce?

My usurers have instaled WDE (installed on desktops) and I would like to use the openCTI, to integrate the WDE. This is possible?

or i need install WWE tu use Gplus Adapter for have Salesforce integration?

Yes you need to have a look on the Genesys appFoundry.
There is a tool from a company called ‘SoftPhone’, from what I have seen it looks good so far.
