Can I get any trainings on Genesys tools like CME,CCPulse,SCI … etc in INDIA

Or can I get any online documentation on this. Please help me,

Personally, I think you’re much better off asking Genesys directly. I think they now have some on-line training which you could take, from anywhere…

atyam - Pay Genesys enough money and they will send a trainer to you, which can train you either in general or be more specific to your solution. Alternatively, you could fly to one of the University locations, a lot of the courses in places like Italy or Germany are often in English.
