Keep in mind that CCPulse is highly subject to how many stats you open, how many objects you display, and at what refresh interval you update them one.
I run several on an older dual-core 2Ghz machine, with XP and 1 GB of RAM and it seems to work pretty good for me. I do try and keep my monitored objects at 1000 or less per pulse instance.

It is truly sad that it’s so hard to find and get good doco from Genesys even when you’re paying a lot of money for their product. Yet for Avaya documentation, I don’t bother to log into their site, I just Google it and whatever I need is available to anyone in the world, Avaya customer or not.
