Genesys SMS Solution Error

Dear Forum,

We are trying to implement Genesys SMS Solution in our Environment with AT&T SMS gateway and having issues in sending outbound SMS from WDE and receiving inbound SMS from gateway. Below is the error info that i can see from SMS Server logs.

	'_umsErrorCode' [int] = 920
	'_umsErrorDescr' [str] = "rejected by channel channel-smsmms-opensmpp-paging"
	'FaultCode' [str] = "920"
	'FaultString' [str] = "rejected by channel channel-smsmms-opensmpp-paging".

Have analyzed network traces from SMS Server Host & Gateway everything seems to be fine. But still not able to Send & Receive SMS interactions between SMS gateway & Genesys SMS Solution.

If anyone had encountered similar issues or could provide any suggestions to resolve the issue greatly appreciated.

Firstly, I think you should verify parameters: ether on SMS gateway site or sms-channel option.
To ensure your configurations are ok, I think you have to try on genesys sms provider simulator.

I have configured the SMS application as per the documentation and verified everything suites well.
Would you plz let me know where we can get this Genesys SMS Gateway Simulator to verify the test run.
I couldn’t found it on Genesys Software downloads portal.

Make sure the channel your using (defined by kvp: _umsChannel) is corresponding to a section in SMS Server.
After that, you need to make sure the MSISDN used is allowed on the channel you are sending the request.

Please paste full logs if the problem still occurs after reviewing this.
