Genesys SIP and TLib Call Flows the easy way!

Just wanted to share with you some work I’ve been doing on documenting Genesys call flows (easily).

I’ll tidy up the code and if I’m in a good mood (and anybody wants it) share my SD Generator application with forum members. Let me know what you think.

Nice  - does it work with multiple file logging?

Looks great…

Pawel - funny enough I added support for multiple capture devices (local and remote) with message de-duplication today! Still lots of things to add and test (especially for concurrent SIP dialogs / calls) but hopefully you get the idea.

I’ll post of video of multiple capture devices tomorrow.

Pawel,

As promised YouTube video showing multiple capture devices and PCAP file merging here:

As always amazing!! Learn from Wyn and pattent them so Genesys doesn’t steal your ideas later…

More than happy to give it a field test… I’m rolling out a new IWS instance this week and want to check I have properly limited the ports to a specific range…

Craig,

Is your code available for some testing?

Yes - drop me a personal email to [email removed]
