I’m working with Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.
I’m using PureConnect for Salesforce app, a connector bewteen both platforms, available in Salesforce’s AppExchange.
The connector automatically search the contact in salesforce by ANI, but I need pop screen based in a custom data.
I can’t access to a custom data before execute the VisualForce.
Has anyone made this integration?
