Can anyone tell me how much would genesys license for email,chat & voice cost?
I am looking for a 5 or 10 user license for all the medias.

Considering the number of licenses you want ask your vendor for a quote for ‘Express Multimedia’ licenses. It’s full Genesys functionality but packaged for small (<100 seat) implementions plus the per seat cost is better than full Genesys.
