Hi Guys,
looking forward to kick start Genesys IVR development:
Could somebody help to provide information on the below points :

  1. Where can i get software (SDK) which is used to build the IVR call flows ? Could share web link please.
  2. Where can i get the developer document, which will explain end to end connectivity among Genesys components?
