Genesys Interface with Periphonic IVRS

I would like to know is the any special “driver” required by either Genesys or Periphonics IVRS to interface with each other? If yes, which parties does provide the driver?

Genesys provides the driver. It should be installed on the Periphonics vps/is and a CProgram should be compiled. Normally the Periphonics IVR is not shipped with a Ccompiler. Thus the first problem to solve is to install the Ccompiler and compile the Cfile for the Driver with minor configuration changes. I hope this helps.
