Genesys Integration with Avaya vs Cisco

I’m looking for any experience, issues, gotchas around Genesys Integration with the Avaya vs the Cisco IP solutions. I have plenty of experience integrating Genesys with Nortel Communication Server 1000 and dealing with the issues unique to that environment, but I’m looking for feedback on integrating Genesys with Avaya IP vs integrating it with Cisco IP.
