Genesys integration with Avaya CM 6.0

Hello,

I’m new with Avaya integrations so, I would like to know what exactly is requiered from Avaya side in order to have a TServer intregation with Avaya Communication Manager 6.0 in a s8300 Server and MG g450. Also, i’m looking for the possibility of including Genesys CPD and don’t know if I can reach it in TDM (Dialogic boards) or in SIP (HMP). In the last case, would i need addition hardware/licenses from Avaya ?.

Not a short question to answer! You need AES with basic TSAPI licenses for T-server integration. For SIP server integration you need SES (with ACM 5.x) or Session Manager (ACM 6) together with SIP trunk licenses. I am not sure if Genesys have certified Avaya Session Manager with SIP server yet …
