Genesys Documents on Events and Messages

Hi All,

This is Suresh here. Is there any document which will talk about all the Events and Message exchanged in the CTI infrastructure. For eg,. Tserver sends EventRouteRequest to URS which inturn send RequestRouteCall. I mean in a sequential manner from the time the call hitting the switch till the call is finished with the Agent.

Those diagrams are in training materials :wink: and also simplified version can be found in programming guides. Especially helpful is guide for TLib programming.
