I’m getting an error on Genesys docs while trying to retrieve a PDF
API plan limit exceeded
Reason: Not Setl7xx314c96f9d6fc42758dd0cddf33dd005b|1db2437af8b34992f57aedbb22fe27838f42d019|quota?failed|
Anybody else getting this?

Have similar error yesterday, but today looks like it’s work. If you know exact doc name or description you can try to seek out direct link to document throw “Find Articles” in my customer care sections.

It seems like Genesys just had a small issue with their system. It is fine now.
I do, however, find puzzling how sometimes some documents are available while other times they are not on Genesys website. Genesys SIP T-Server 8.1 docs are on and off all the time for me.
