Our company is looking to use CISCO IPCC instead of genesys cti. If you have any experience in moving from Genesys CTI to CISCO IPCC please share your experience. Is there any pros/cons?

Why are they moving from Genesys to IPCC? I understand they do much the same with Genesys being a the high end of the market.
Cost ?
Functionality?
