What is Genesys composer?
is it a newly launched genesys component?
if yes, when it got launched and where/how to use it?

Hi Cavagnaro,

I am not kidding sir. I really want to know whether composer is a newly launched genesys component or not?
Or if any new component is there recently launched in market. I just want to learn the latest one.
And expecting a proper response from someone :slight_smile:

Composer is just a GUI (plug-in to the Eclipse) for developing the Routing and VXML application. As Cav wrote before, follow the doc.
