We are implementing Genesys Social Engagement with Genesys Cloud (version 8.5.3)and searching in the Genesys Knowledge base we saw this message:
"As of June 14, 2016, Facebook Direct Messages are not processed correctly any longer by Facebook. Facebook is working on this issue, with no resolution date having been provided. At this time, we do not believe that Facebook will provide a fix for the FQL driver that is expected to be discontinued by Facebook in early August 2016.
Solution
Upgrade Genesys Social Engagement to 8.5.2 or later at their earliest convenience."
so, private messages will not work on it! and we need to implement this
my question is: It´s possible to use 2 Social Messaging Server or anybody have an idea how we can implement Social media, without downgrade, or some “workaround” to do it? because we want to use with Genesys Cloud!
