Trying to deploy the Genesys Cloud web messaging widget and need to pass custom guest attributes for our authenticated users. I’ve been looking at the configuration options but can’t find where to inject the JSON payload for the guest data. Is there a specific SDK method or config key I need to use to set these attributes before the widget initializes?
