The Genesys Cloud webhook configuration points to the EventBridge API endpoint, but every delivery attempt returns a 403 with ‘InvalidSignature’. We’ve verified the IAM role has events:PutEvents permission and the EventBridge rule is active. The payload structure looks correct, but the signature validation keeps failing.
