Genesys Cloud Bot API 429 Error during JMeter Load Test

Running JMeter 5.6 to test conversational bot throughput on Genesys Cloud US1. Simulating 20 concurrent WebSocket connections via the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query endpoint triggers HTTP 429 Too Many Requests after 30 seconds. Is there a specific rate limit for bot interaction APIs that differs from standard voice traffic? Current JMeter config uses a constant throughput timer set to 200 requests per minute.
