Trying to pull agent utilization metrics (tHandle, tAcw, tHold) broken down by 30-minute intervals. The standard /api/v2/analytics/conversations/data endpoint only returns hourly buckets or totals. Is there a specific query parameter or a different endpoint to force 30-minute granularity? The docs are vague on time bucket configuration. Currently getting a 200 OK but the data is too coarse for our desktop dashboard.
