I am sure that I am not the only one starting to evaluate G6.1, so I was thinking maybe we would be able to develop an evaluation material together.
I am pretty strong in Genesys; however when it comes to IVR and Loggers, it is a totally different story.
What do you think? Anyone wants to help?

Who has already evaluated G6.1? Any suggestions, materials, checklists that we could share with everyone?
I think that many of us now are starting its evaluation, and this would be an excellent area for all of us to cooperate. I will upload what I have in a few days.

I have taken G6 course and I kind of liked it. It seems like it is possible to do upgrade without too much pain; however, it seems like downgrading is pretty much out of a question.
What would you like to see in the evaluation?
