getting a 403 Forbidden on /v2/consent when trying to map zendesk opt-ins. the docs say it should work but the api logs show ‘invalid scope for user’. we are using the admin config sdk v2.1. anyone else hit this while migrating gdpr data from zendesk to genesys cloud? the token seems valid but the endpoint rejects it. really frustrating since the zendesk workflow was so simple.
