Did any of you take this exam already? Interested to know about the type of questions being asked.
And yes, I read the study guide 
and I do have experience with genesys. In fact, I’m about to start the SDK training (in Italy) in about an hour.
So, if any1 passed (or failed) the exam, I would be interested to know.

On Genesys website is example of test with some question, so try to look at this example
Like I said, I read the study guide already.
I don’t think those 4 questions are quite representative for the real exam.
I’ll post some remarks when I finished the exam.
I don’t understand people who want answers for an exam…if you truly are good and learned what is necessary for achieving the certification then you are an expert, if not, just a copycat…

Anyway, passed the exam yesterday. And I remember again why Im not posting on this forum…

Read the documentation and play with your own LAB environment…nothing else

I’ve done it the first time, failed.
And passed the second time.
Most of things are inside the Ebooks, but we need to practice on daily basis to be able to succed.
