GCP7-CIV Exam

Hi,

I’m going to take this exam shortly and was looking for any pointers on what areas to focus on. Have supported a large site for 3 years and have deployed an additional 2 Call Centers in that time using cs_proxy and local t-server, urs etc.

I’m pretty confident in my technical understanding but just wondered if anybody has done it and can offer advice ?

Colin, yea your exp should suffice from technical concept perspective. I would say familiarize yourself with the GUI tools surprisingly. I recall getting quite a bit of questions on DMA and CCP+

Yeah, like on DMA what does the indexes mean? I never noted it but they are not correlative
