GAD through Citrix - Citrix version needed?

We have been experiencing a few issues using GAD through Citrix and now have a Citrix version upgrade planned.

Does anybody know what version of Citrix is needed (as a minimum) to run GDesktop 7.2 (unsure of full version number right now!)?

Hi Mark,

Genesys 7.x supported OSs guide states:

Citrix Metaframe 1.8–>GAD 7.1
Citrix AccessSuite 4.0–>Gad 7.2+

Yeah, I had seen that one, was hoping that there was something a bit more specific though. We are using v9 Citrix metaframe and about to move to v10!
