Dear All,

I am a newbie to GAD. Could you please guide me basically how to implement screen pop-up on EventRinging with GAD?

Second question:

We operate Genesys Framework 7.6 and we are planning to upgrade our systems to 8.1. So, will it be necessary to change our GAD interfaces?

The easy way is to ask here, and I’ve fallen for it :-[

Set “show-on-ringing” to true in the voice section.

GAD is supported for release 8.1 too

We are operating Version 7.6. Is it also necessary to upgrade our GAD, or does the present one work properly with 8.1?

There is no GAD 8.x. It works fine within the 8.x framework.
