GAD Login, without switch [error "No media Selected"]. Is it possible?

Hi All,

We have installed the framework [Config, Mgt, Media layers[telephony server] ] which runs fine. We also have GAD installed on top of that and are able to navigate to login page. We do not have a switch or switch simulator.

We have created Switch, Agent, skill, DN, place etc. When we try to login with details we get the error, “No media Selected” [refer screenshot]

Would like to know, if its possible to login in GAD without switch and if yes then please help me with th error.

Hi Vikas,

You need at least switch simulator to be deployed and running.

As René said, GAD needs some TServer connection to. The emulator will do

otherwise you can use genesys sip server.

Why you want to Login to GAD, what are you looking for here.

Are your from India?
