In GAD- Genesys Agent Desktop.
I’m using Genesys Demosrv.I have tried to customize the user interface by adding a button -following the GAD -developer’s guide.
It is not reflecting after restart of tomcat & genesys desktop server.
for customization in GAD -should i generate the class files of custom jsp file (new jsp for custom button) and bundle it with “thin.jar”
Please suggest.
