GAD closes connection to Switch

Hi guys, I need your help.

For some reason, randombly, my GAD application closes the connection to the Switch. I was unable to identify the cause. Could you help me, if you can?

Here are some logs extracts:

Seems like network problem between T-Server host and GAD host. Both app run on different host? What version exactly of GAD do you use?

T-Server and GAD run on different VM machines.
GAD is v7.6.302.11
I have another GAD server and that one did not report any problems.

So,may be is in version 7.6.302.11 any bug. Did you check release notes? Why do not you do an upgrade of GAD to latest version?

Probably I will upgrade, but I don’t think it’s a bug . It happened twice in the last week but it’s running for 2 years and didn’t happen until now. So I sould like to be sure that is a bug so I don’t miss other causes.

Try to do restart with clear Tomcat cache → delete folder and all subfolders in folder work. May be it helps.

Do you have ADDP configured in the connection betweed your gad app in CME and the switch?

try adding the connection and also configure the connection to use ADDP.

cheers,
