We have implemented a GAD that contains outcome codes. The latter is implemented via Business Attributes in CME. It works fine but the order that these business attributes are displayed in the GAD seems to be random. Our customer wants to have them in alphabetical order.
Anyone on this forum that can give me a hint ?

I had the same problem with the “Title” being randomly ordered. There was no logic to the oredr (dbid, date of creation,…). Genesys fixed it after I raised a SR. Send an SR and ask for alphabetical order.
